Rate lowers the more nights rented starting at: $300 for 1-3 night(s), $275 for 4-6 nights, and $250 for 7 or more nights. Taxes and processing fees are applied for each night. There is an additional $50 fee per stay for pets. Additional fees for cleaning and maintenance also apply for each stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at Wheatland Inn in April! The house and linens were clean and the kitchen had all the gadgets and utensils we needed. We really enjoyed making dinner using the outdoor grill. The view is absolutely breathtaking — we spent a relaxing morning watching the sunrise over the mountains while sitting on the swing under the big oak tree in the side yard. We also couldn’t ask for better hospitality from the owners. We will be back soon!

Absolutely wonderful place to spend our anniversary vacation! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the amazing soaking tub was pure luxury! We loved cooking in the kitchen and found everything we could ask for to make our meals. Even doing dishes was enjoyable since the view from the window above the sink was incredible! Can’t wait to book our next stay!
So much fun! Nothing like taking your kids to so many different places to swim in the mountains then coming home to such Serenity. fire pits and s’mores, beers and a campfire. There truly is something for everyone, even the pre-teen smiled occasionally! Such a warm and welcoming place, we will be back!
Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting to spend a vacation with friends and family. The Inn itself has everything you could possibly need to be amazingly comfortable as well as all kinds of extras to keep the kids and adults entertained. If you love the outdoors, there are so many outdoor adventures to be had in the area. We loved floating the James River and swimming at some of the local watering holes. We can’t wait to book our next stay at the Wheatland Inn!!

Girls weekend was fantastic in this wonderful home. Nothing was left out in designing and outfitting Wheatland Inn. Location is wonderful for visiting so many fun attractions. The side porch was our favorite with great views of meadows, rolling hills and the mountains in the background. The sound of the many birds was a treat.

My mother, sisters, and myself had a wonderful girl’s weekend! The inn provided the perfect accommodations for all of us. Everyone slept great. We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular views while relaxing on the porch. The inn is a perfect location for daily excursions to antique shops and wineries. We highly recommend this inn and look forward to returning soon.

We stayed at the Wheatland Inn for the 70.3 Virginia Blue Ridge Ironman race. The place is spectacular and a short distance to Roanoke. Lots of fun activities to do in the area and the view from the back porch is beautiful. Greg and Joan were awesome hosts, and the Wheatland Inn had all the necessary amenities and more. We look forward to coming back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at the Wheatland Inn in June 2022. This was our second time staying at the property. Our kids love the swing underneath the big oak tree and making smores over the fire. There are some great options for day hikes in the area and we enjoyed spending time in downtown Roanoke. The house is great and appreciate the hospitality from the owners.

The mornings were especially beautiful because it seemed like the scene out the kitchen window changed every few minutes. The best home away from home we could have asked for! Spacious, beautiful and so well stocked I was able to cook all week and enjoy the most amazing view. The hosts are amazing as well. Extremely hospitable. Pray we get to come back again.

Had a wonderful “Girls Weekend” at the Inn. What a wonderful place for a small group (there were 4 of us) – the first floor bedroom & bath was perfect for one person with limited mobility. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked some great meals. Enjoyed the view and the back porch. Can’t wait to return – soon!
